1. Orders

Orders can be made through the site. Once you order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your ordered items. Anabela Duarte reserves the right to cancel and refuse any order (for example following an error or insufficient stock). The delay for refund of a paid order canceled by us is a maximum of two weeks.

2. Availability and Prices

Items are valid until they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. The prices listed on the site https://anabeladuarte.info/shop/ are in euros (including tax), and include the cost of packing and shipping for Portugal. Orders shipped outside Portugal or/and in the overseas territories do not include packing and shipping and may be subject to customs duties and taxes that are the responsibility of the buyer at the time of receipt. We advise you to inform yourself about the amount of these charges with customs officials of the country concerned. Any returns to https://anabeladuarte.info/shop/ for non-payment of these fees by the purchaser does not entitle buyer to a refund of the order. The products remain the property of the site until full payment of the order.

3. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. They include a contribution to the costs of preparing and packaging your order. Each item ordered adds to the shipping costs; two or more orders made by the same buyer can be shipped together if the orders were placed separately and the delivery address is the same.

4. Payment

With Paypal: Payment via PayPal is simple, fast and totally secure. You can pay via your own paypal account or via credit card with PayPal. 

By choosing this method of payment, after confirming the order, you will be taken to a secure PayPal page. If you do not have a Paypal account, click “continue”, you will pay directly by credit card without having to open an account. It’s very simple, just follow the instructions! 5. Delivery

Orders are sent to the address indicated on the order form. The delivery includes the time of filling the order and preparing the package. Anabela Duarte can not be held responsible for delays in delivery times. In case of a delayed shipment, an email will be sent to you. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of the package in the mail.

6. Returns

If the order does not fit your expectations, you have, in accordance with the Consumer Code, a period of 7 days from receipt to return the item in its original packaging, unsealed. Anabela Duarte agrees to reimburse you with the exception of postage and return (including bank charges for all orders outside France), which are your responsibility: only the price of the items purchased will be refunded. Returns must be sent in their original packaging to the address provided. No sending “against Reimbursement” will be accepted, whatever the reason.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site https://anabeladuarte.info/shop/ are and remain the exclusive property of Anabela Duarte. Any reproduction, copying, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, the elements (text, logos, images) of the site is, unless permission is granted by Anabela Duarte, strictly prohibited.

8. Acceptance of terms

The purchase implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Anabela Duarte reserves the right at any time to modify all or part of the general conditions of sale.

9. Applicable Law

The transactions referred to herein are subject to Portuguese law. In case of dispute, the courts of the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Lisbon will be called on to arbitrate.
